General Nikki X Pays A Visit To Axinar's

There's a very old story that starts, "First they came for the Jews, but I wasn't a Jew, so I didn't speak up." That story ends with, "And finally, they came for me, and there was no one left to speak up."

Perhaps some of that sort of sentiment is why I followed General Kabaka Oba in his radio call-in days. In fact, I remember one day seeing his Mustang exiting South 75 onto Paddock Rd. There was a young lady in the car with him and I remember mentioning to the person with me, "I wonder if that's General Nikki X".  THE PHOTO ABOVE IS NICOLE DAVIS, AKA, NIKKI X, AKA, PPX, AKA, DUMB ASS BITCH (DAB).  GET THE HOLY CROSS OUT AND THROW SOME SANCTIFIED WATER ON HER TO SAVE YOURSELVES FROM HER!  IF YOU THINK SHE LOOKS CREEPY WITH THE SHADES ON, WAIT TIL YOU SEE HER WITHOUT THE SHADES AND ERYKAH BADU RAG ON.  GENERAL KABAKA OBA (GKO) THAT SHOULD HAVE GIVEN HER THE MIDDLE FINGER AND KNOCKED THE BITCH OUT COLD AND PUSHED HER OUT OF HIS CAR ONTO THE HIGHWAY PAVEMENT WHILE TRAVELLING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED!

Axinar of course is many things, and one of them is an "art critic" of sorts, so, as the closest I ever came to General Nikki X was two car lengths on south 75 on a Saturday afternoon, of course I do not speak of her as a person, but rather as a web artist, and, yes, generally speaking, quite frequently I do question the "grace and dignity" of her RSS feed.  TRUST ME AND OTHERS, SHE HAS NO GRACE AND DIGNITY.  SHE'S A FREAK OF THE WEEK.  THE BITCH SUCKED MY DICK IN THE BASEMENT AT 825 WILLIAM HOWARD TAFT ROAD, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45206.

In fact, one need do no more than turn to the Blogger profile of General Nikki X and find her "occupation" listed as "Black Militant Hardcore Guerilla Soldier". YOU SHOULD ASK HER WHY HASN'T SHE BEEN ARRESTED FOR PROTESTING LIKE ALL THE OTHER BLACK FIST MEMBERS HAVE?  HERE'S HER E-MAIL:  askgeneralnikkix@yahoo.com

Yes, such a phrase SCREAMS "grace and dignity", don't you think?  LOL!  IT SCREAMS "WHAT A DUMB ASS BITCH", TO US!

Now, I do not mean to defend Joy Rolland in this, nor would I support the "feud" theory.  PPX IS THE INSTIGATOR OF ALL FEUDS BETWEEN THEM AND A VERY INSECURE WOMAN WHEN OTHER WOMEN COMMUNICATE WITH GKO ABOUT POLITICAL ISSUES.

I think Nikki X was trying to make the point in her comment on my blog that her grace and dignity is not questioned by the law as it is in the case of Joy Rolland.

Absolutely correct. Nikki X's chosen form of expression is the occasional over-the-top blog entry. Joy Rolland's is attempted homicide JOY WAS TAUNTED CONSTANTLY BY PPX.

Nikki X continues, "This is not just cyberspace entertainment and blogger chatroom folly. THIS IS REAL LIFE. THIS IS MY LIFE."  WHAT LIFE?  BEING ON THE WELFARE AND GANKING GKO?

Yes, I have to admit, so far as I have been able to make out, and it is certainly the case that I'm not privy to all the details, Nikki X is certain not the appropriate target for Joy Rolland's frustration.

However, as is generally the case with most ongoing court action, it is generally the advice of counsel to not speak of such matters publicly AT ALL. If I remember correctly, Joy's baby daddy also nearly took a dirt nap at Joy's hands and, so far as I know, he has no blog.

Once the blog is up, it's subject to Axinarian analysis as a work of art, my friends.

Now, the real subject matter for my talents as a drama critic is the details of Joy's September 24, 2008 courtroom outburst, but it sounds as though General Nikki X has been enjoined by counsel from recounting those events.

Bummer. I suppose we'll just have to figure it was PRETTY BAD to get her locked up for SIX MONTHS.

I do find myself wondering what's going on with Joy. It used to be that the reports back from the courtroom were such things as, "Oh, she's all fire and brimstone on cable, but quiet as a church mouse in front of the judge."  THAT'S THE WAY PPX WAS WHEN SHE USED TO COME TO THE BLACK FIST WEEKLY PROTESTS.  SHE WAS "FIRE AND BRIMSTONE" ON LINCOLN WARE RADIO TALK SHOW (WDBZ 1230AM "THE BUZZ" 513-749-1230), BUT "QUIET AS A CHURCH MOUSE" AT PROTESTS AND NEVER ADDRESSING CITY COUNCIL AT THE PODIUM DURING THE PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSIONS.

 Now she's lost it in front of the judge.

I do wonder if Joy will ever get the help she needs. AND WE WONDER WHEN WILL PPX BE DOSED UP ON MEDICATIONS FOR HER BI-POLAR AND SCHIZO CONDITION.  I COULD BE WRONG ABOUT HER EVER BEING ON WELFARE (LET HER PROVE ME WRONG), BECAUSE WORD IS SHE NEVER HAD CUSTODY OF HER SON (BRANDON DAVIS), MAYBE THIS IS WHY SHE LIVED WITH HER MOTHER IN GKO'S DAYS.  One thing is certain - if the energy she directs towards human destruction could ever be channeled into something constructive, she could accomplish a great deal. ALL THAT ANIMOSITY PPX DIRECTED AT EVERY MEMBER OF THE BLACK FIST BECAUSE GKO DUMPED HER, SHE SHOULD HAVE DIRECTED IT AT HERSELF FOR BEING SUCH A SLUT AND SLOTH AND NOT WORKING TO BE INDEPENDENT OF GKO'S WALLET.

TASERS: THE BLACK MANS PORTABLE ELECTRIC CHAIR


The new play toy of The Cincinnati Police Dept. is technically called "The Taser X26".
But I call it "The Black Mans Portable Electric Chair". It can send rounds of 50,000 volts of electricity through the body in several intervals. In January 2004 I FUCKED ALL THAT ASS YOU HAD THAT YEAR. The Black Fist and other concerned citizens went to City Hall and demanded that the Taser X26 not be given to The Cincinnati Police Dept SHOW US PROOF THAT YOU ADDRESSED THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING THE TASER AT THE PODIUM DURING THE PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSION AS GENERA KABAKA OBA (GKO) DID, SHOW US PROOF THAT YOU ADDRESSED CITY COUNCIL AT THE PODIUM DURING THE PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSION AT ANY TIME IN 2004. based on the history of systematic racial abuse/brutality heaped upon its black citizens by The Cinti Police. We knew that putting these new "toys" in the hands of some of Cincinnati's NOT SO finest would lead to abuse, misuse and ultimately death. And when the debate (that should've never had to be debated) concerning children under the age of 11 being Tased, City Council voted in a 5-4 vote for children between the ages of 7 & 10 to be Tased. We, in The Black Fist knew then that black people in this City were really gonna "catch it". Why do I say that? Because it looks like only black people are the ones getting "zapped" at every turn, so we know our children are not safe from this out of control rogue Police Dept SO WHY DIDN'T YOU ADDRESS CITY COUNCIL ABOUT IT AT THE PODIUM DURING THE PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSION?. And one of the councilpersons who voted "YES" to send 50,000 volts of electricity though our children's small bodies is the man who heads "The Law & Public Safety" committee, in charge of (it seems on paper ONLY) The Cincinnati Police Department , who is now coming to the black community running around saying to you, Mr. & Mrs. Knee-Grow, "I want to be your next strong Mayor, vote for in me in November 2005." (See Blog Entry: MAKING PEPPER MAYOR: "A BIG MAYOR"!) None other than Councilman David Pepper. Whom The Black Fist have deemed "Unfit To Lead" AND THUS FAR, SINCE THE MURDER OF GKO, YOU'RE STILL DEEMED UNFIT TO LEAD EVEN A GIRL SCOUT GROUP...I TAKE THAT BACK, CAUSE YOUR ORGANIZATION IS A "GIRL SCOUT" GROUP CALLED THE MOCHA FIST, ALLEGORY TO WEAK COFFEE. Crime has never been higher than under David Pepper's watch. David Pepper (The Whiteman) knows that kids from HIS neighborhood, little white kids, WILL NOT/HAVE NOT been Tased so he doesn't give a rat's ass if "HIS" Police Dept. Sizzle 'n' Fry our little black children!  SO WHY DIDN'T YOU ADDRESSED THE MATTER TO CITY COUNCIL AT THE PODIUM DURING THE PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSION, IF YOU WERE THAT CONCERN?

Bottomline in a nutshell MY NUTSHELLS BOUNCE OFF YOUR BIG ASS AS I FUCKED YOU IN DOGGY STYLE DOWN IN THE BASEMENT AT 825 WILLIAM HOWARD TAFT ROAD, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45206: We, The Black Fist have called for "A City Wide Moratorium on Taser Use" YOU'VE NEVER ADDRESSED CITY COUNCIL OF A MORATORIUM AT THE PODIUM DURING THE PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSION, BUT GKO DID until more studies are done on the safety of these deadly portable electric chairs.

Councilman David Pepper is not fit to lead this city as Mayor. And in my opinion, the opinion of The Black Fist & shared by others in the black community, quite frankly he is a lousy Councilman.

We need 2 essential things done in this City ONE OF THEM IS TO BAN YOU FROM THE CITY if it is to ever move forward:

#1. We need some BLACK Councilpeople who have the backbone, the guts and the balls to say NO to coporate welfare BUT YOU WERE ON WELFARE AND GANKING GKO , NO to Police Tasing our babies and YES to Police Accountabilty, meaning that they aren't SCARED to publicly say..."Police Who KILL Black Men UNJUSTIFIABLY Should Go To PRISON"!  WE'LL BE SO GLAD WHERE YOU GO TO PRISON FOR YOUR ROLL IN GKO'S MURDER.

#2. Cincinnati must have a NEW POLICE CHIEF hired from "OUTSIDE" the City of Cincinati! YOU GOT A NEW POLICE CHIEF, JAMES CRAIG, FROM PORTLAND, MAINE, FROM THE SAME CITY WHERE IT'S LEGAL FOR WOMEN TO BE OUTSIDE IN PUBLIC NUDE AND TOPLESS, CLICK TOPLESS This good ol' boys club that's formed within the walls of Elder High School & carried over into The Cincinnati Police Dept. MUST BE broken up!!! Most of The cops in Cincinnati come from The "Westside"/"Whiteside" of town & graduated from "Elder High School".  SO YOU THINK THAT JUST BECAUSE YOU GOT A NEW POLICE CHIEF FROM OUT OF STATE AND HE'S BLACK, YOU THINK THAT DESTROYED THE GOOD OL BOYS CLUB?  IT'S EXPECTED FROM YOU TO THINK THAT WAY, YOU'RE THE DAB.

As a former law enforcement officer with twenty-seven years of experience and the Chair of Public Safety, my focus has always been the safety of our citizens. My expertise, that of CPD, and several criminologist from the University of Cincinnati and John Hopkins University School of Criminology in New York have developed the methodology/strategy of CIRV. It is a proven strategy that works as evident by the year end reports provided to you.
Prior to the budget cut, CIRV had in place a coordinated effort utilizing many of the service organizations you referenced. It was based on the need of the CIRV client.
Also, let me be clear, from a law enforcement standpoint there are things taking place that can’t be discussed but I can assure you that the Law Enforcement component of CIRV is still in tack and they are doing their job. It involves local, county, state and federal investigations. It involved judges, prosecutors, adult probation and parole authorities. However, the services and analytical components were cut, and the CIRV street team is only at 60% of its original capacity.
Again, what you are proposing has already occurred and the result is CIRV.
In closing, the solution to our problem rest in the political will of this council to support CIRV and reinstate those parts that were lost. The meeting to discuss this matter will take place in committee on May 1^st. Interested citizens are encouraged to attend. I hope that you will take the time to get a clear understanding of CIRV and be prepared to have a productive meeting. Most if not all that was said at the meeting in Avondale has been taken into account in forming CIRV.
If we choose not to restore CIRV, I’m afraid the group and or gang violence will continue.
Note: The other component that isn’t a part of CIRV is the political will to investment in all the other Social ills of a community. Poverty, Education, Housing, Jobs, Health etc.
Wednesday:
The two councilmen have gone back and forth today via e-mail over what should be done about violence in the black community. Christopher Smitherman wants the city to have a plan to handle it, implying there isn’t one, and wants a public hearing about it.
We do have a plan, Cecil Thomas says – it’s called CIRV, the Cincinnati Initiative to Reduce Violence. He’d be the one to schedule – or not – a public hearing in his public safety committee.

Dear Council member Thomas,
I am very concerned about the ‘black on black’ violence in Cincinnati. You are the Chair of the Public Safety Committee and control the agenda. I am requesting, as a member of the Public Safety Committee, that a special session be held to discuss this issue directly. It is important that City Hall provide the leadership on how we plan to address this issue.
If as the Chair, you decide to not grant a public hearing at the Public Safety Committee, I will call a special session of Council immediately. At the meeting, City leaders like CIRV and Ozie Davis should be invited. The weather will return to normal this weekend and I am concerned that City Council has no clear public policy plan on how we intend to respond and coordinate resources to decrease the violence. It is my hope that I can get a clear response from your office today on the above matter.

Mr. Smitherman:
I appreciate your concern; however, I wanted to make you aware that I have been working to restore the CIRV Budget, which was cut approximately 80% by City Council in 2009. I have attached the 2008 & 2009 CIRV Reports for every Councilmember’s review. These reports outline the strategy that was successful prior to the devastating budget cut. I will be circulating an additional budget proposal for CIRV very shortly, and I hope that you will support this request.
My goal is to restore CIRV to its full capacity in order to continue the success that was demonstrated prior to the 2009 budget cuts. At the May 1^st meeting of the Public Safety Committee we will focus on further discussion of this topic. The success of CIRV is centered on the ability to reduce group and/or gang-related violence, i.e., homicides, and I believe it is an integral component of our efforts to address this issue. It is my hope that all members will examine these reports prior to our discussion on May 1^st.

The death rate due to gun violence each day continues to climb. I am very aware of CIRV. I am attempting to get City Council focused on the bloodshed and finally take ownership of the problem with direct leadership. I thought it was most appropriate for the Chair of Public Safety to take the lead for the City of Cincinnati on the comprehensive plan to lower the gun violence and murder of African-American men.
I have heard you speak in public settings that this issue was a priority for your office. However, there has not been a public hearing by your committee with a focus and a solution to the problem. As a member of your committee, I would like to suggest to the Chair that there is nothing more important than this issue. A political discussion on funding CIRV in the budget is one solution, but does not address the coordination of organizations and services that the City of Cincinnati currently funds beyond CIRV.
Again, if the Chair is not interested in having a meeting a black on black violence, I will request a special session of council to address the issue. My initial question that was not answered is will the Chair of Public Safety allow a broad hearing for the City of Cincinnati on this subject matter ASAP?
