Nicole Davis, aka, Nikki X, aka, PPX, request was denied by Judge Mallory (SEE FIRST DOCUMENT ABOVE BY JUDGE MALLORY'S NAME, RIGHT HAND CORNER).  Then it was set for a hearing 08/07/08.  That's when Magistrate Bachman couldn't find a reason to give her the protection order and denied her request.  She told him that I kept writing things about her that weren't true.  (WHATEVA!)  So he told her to her face concerning me, "He can write wherever he wants." 
That's why I opt to sale that dumb bitch. And the bid still stands at $1.50. CLICK nicole .
Somebody please let the dumb bitch know that she can't keep tying up judges and magistrates time with her stupidity AND FRIVOLOUS COURT FILINGS!
