SO WHY DIDN'T YOU ADDRESS THIS AT CINCINNATI CITY COUNCIL AT THE PODIUM DURING THE PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSIONS? GKO AND I DID. Officer Darren Sellers testified, he saw fellow Officer Patrick Caton punch Roger Owensby numerous times, after he was handcuffed, while repeatedly shouting, stop resisting, stop resisting, stop resisting Officer Sellers admitted he was "stunned and surprised" by Caton's acts because Mr. Owensby was'nt resisting.
"Assistant Coroner Daniel Schultz testified", Roger Owensby was probably all ready dead and that he had died while face down in the parking lot.A Coroner ruled Roger Owensby's death was likely caused by a Choke Hold or Officers piling on.
"Cincinnati Police Investigators could'nt understand" why Officer Robert Blaine Jorg was wearing a uniform shirt with just one sleeve the night of Nov.7,2000, moments after Roger Owensby died. Jorg's left sleeve was retrieved from the trunk of a police cruiser at the scene of the slaying. It was Saturated with Owensby's Blood and Lung Fluid, that showed Jorg was there when Owensby died from a Choke Hold, or Officers gang style pile on. The "unarmed Roger Owensby" was Choked So Hard and for So Long that fluid traveled from his lungs, out his mouth and nose, an onto Jorg's sleeve, an to die.
Officer Victor Spellen "Lied on the Witness Stand" for Jorg.
Officer Patrick Caton told another officer "WE KICKED HIS ASS"
"Another Lie", (in an attempt to plant drugs on Mr. Owensby) police submitted drugs to the Coroner's Office, they say were found on Roger Owensby at the scene. Ten day's after the Murder, Police Chief Thomas Streicher said "I don't know were it (the drugs) came from, this is brand new".

You guys sound like the person who taught a Diversity Training Class I attended. The instructor told me I could not understand Black People because where I grew up and went to school there were none.
Here is the truth, Purcell High School had blacks and whites. In my neighborhood there were more black children that white. There was an Black man in his 80's who was one of the nicest people I have meet in my entire life.
