Silly Cincinnati City Councilman Cecil Thomas is revisiting his silly superficial weed ordinance once again today in Cincinnati City Council chambers. (Boy was that a mouthful!)  SHIT, YOU'RE USED TO HAVING A MOUTHFUL OF DICK.  IF YOU HAD BEEN THAT CONCERN ABOUT THE ORDINANCE, YOU WOULD HAVE ADDRESSED IT AT THE CHAMBERS PODIUM LIKE OTHERS DID, BITCH.

At 2:00 p.m today, you - Mr. and Mrs. Cincinnati Negro, can attend this farce of a meeting and voice your 2 mintue opinion for -or- against renewing this dumb ass ordinance.  SO WHY  YOU DIDN'T ADDRESS CECIL AT THE PODIUM DURING THE PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSION?  SCARED OF BEING ARRESTED FOR SPEAKING OUT AT CITY HALL!  SMDH.

I don't spliff, BUT YOU DO SUCK DICK.  never have nor do I ever intend to. BEHIND THE THIRD DOOR!  LOL.  There was already a law on the books in this city about this issue anyway, it was called a $100 fine.  $100 FINE ISN'T A LAW, IT'S A FINE.  THE NAME SAYS IT ALL.  IT'S THE PUNISHMENT OR PART OF THE PUNISHMENT FOR BREAKING THE LAW.  DUH.

Our concern today is why in the devil is Silly Cecil, Chairman of The Law and Public Safety Committee wasting time on some dumb ass weed ordinance when the crime and murder rate in this city is outrageous!!!  SO WHY YOU DIDN'T ADDRESS HIM OF THE RATE AT THE PODIUM DURING THE PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSIONS?  IS HE STILL "SILLY CECIL", NOW THAT YOU'RE MARRYING HIS NEPHEW JT?  AND YOU INCREASED TEH MURDER RATE WHEN YOU FUELED THE FIRE THAT LEAD TO GKO'S MURDER.

Is this the ONLY thing that concerns Silly Cecil at this moment in time in his sworn capacity as The Chairman of The Law and Safety Commitee?!? YOU DIDN'T ADDRESS AT THE PODIUM ABOUT IT.  SO IT WAS NO BIG DEAL TO YOU.  Cincinnati City Council cry about the jails being overcrowded, the three Hamilton County Commissioners with the exception of one along with the Hamilton County Sheriff could care less about what the voters in this county voted on i.e., NOT using tax-payers dollars to build a new jail. SO WHY DIDN'T YOU ADDRESS THE COMMISSIONERS CONCERNING THEM AT THE PODIUM DURING THE COUNT'S PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSIONS?   YOU SAID YOU CO-FOUNDED THE BLACK FIST, BUT YOU'RE NOT DOING THE WORKS OF THE BLACK FIST THAT GKO ESTABLISHED.  But NOOO Silly Cecil wants to waste the none existing jail space the powers that be are constantly cying about, and draft then attempt to renew an ordinance that swoops people up -PREDOMINATELY BLACK PEOPLE- and throw them in jail!  YOU DIDN'T ADDRESS IT TO CECIL AT THE PODIUM BECAUSE YOU WERE SCARED OF BEING ARRESTED FOR BEING VOCAL AT THE CINCINNATI CITY COUNCIL'S PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSION.

For a joint Silly Cecil?!? ME AN YOU SHOULD HAVE SMOKED A KENTUCKY BLUE BEFORE WE HAD SEX WITH EACH OTHER.  WE WOULD HAVE HAD GREAT SEX!  BUT THAT'S OK.  BUT THEN YOUR BIG ASS WAS THE SHIT!  It just doesn't make any sense.

This City Council is one of the worst incompetent councils damn near in the history of Cincinnati City Council. AND YOU'RE THE ONLY NO GOOD PROTESTOR OF THE BLACK FIST FROM THE DAYS OF GKO. From that whining idiot Leslie Ghiz to Silly Cecil Thomas to Mr. Bengals debacle himself Jeff Berding. UPDATE: According to news reports...

CITY POT LAW TO STAY STRICT

Cincinnati's stricter law for marijuana possession stays in effect.
The ordinance - which makes having even a small amount of pot punishable by a $250 fine and up to 30 days in jail - was set to expire this week.

But City council members renewed it this afternoon.

More than 20 people testified Tuesday and Wednesday in favor of letting the one-year ordinance die. WHY NIKKI X WASN'T THERE TO TESTIFY ON THEIR BEHALF TOO?  They said it only contributed to the crowding at the Hamilton County jail and that police officers should be spending their time fighting serious crime.

But Police Chief Tom Streicher said the ordinance led officers to 62 guns between April 2006 and the beginnning of February.

Councilmen David Crowley and Jim Tarbell voted against the renewal.
Tarbell suggested putting another one-year cap on the ordinace, but that would have required Councilman Cecil Thomas, who put to ordinance forward, to allow an amendment.

Thomas did not.

MALLORY SAYS: SIGNING NEW WEED LAW IS "WASTE OF INK!"

Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory this week refused to sign the city's new marijuana law that carries with it a 30-day jail term for possession & a repeat offense carrying a possible six-month term.

Here's what was written in this week's edition of City Beat magazine about Mallory's (in)decision.

MALLORY LOOKS THE OTHER WAY

Mayor Mark Mallory took the passive-aggressive approach to legislation with the city's new law carrying a 30-day jail term for possession of marijuana; a repeat offense a possible six-month term. recognizing a bad law when he sees one, Mallory declined to sign the ordinance, passed 6-2 by city council, allowing it to become law without his approval.

He refused to veto the bill, however saying to do so would be a "waste of ink," given the size of the majority that supported it. Mallory knows better than that: A veto would have extended the debate and allowed him to try to change council's decision.

Last year Mallory supported a medical marijuana bill in the Ohio Senate. But looked the other way while the new city ordinance passed, he showed how deep his convictions on this issue run. If you're a cancer patient in Cincinnati and smoke pot to relieve your pain, you can go to jail for it, and Mallory did nothing to stop it.

Pacify The White Folks Again: Meaning that when he's standing with Streicher, Janke, Westwood Concern (another 2 or 3 person run Cincinnati splinter group, only white) and new potential white voters, it will look good for him as he's skinning and grinning to reinterate, "I fought hard to rid the streets of the scourge of drug and the big bad black animals who are selling them!" (insert wide toothy smile & bojangles demeanor)
3. Pacify The White Folks...One Mo' Time: Cecil Thomas will constantly repeat the mantra: "I fought against crime, drugs, supported the police and I will continue to do the same if you vote for me!" (insert the same big toothy grin & same buckdancing demeanor)

Cincinnati City Councilman Cecil Thomas will brought this silly weed ordinance to the council and Mallory "looked the other way." The Black Fist has always said, "Even if the vote will go down in favor (or against) whatever the issues, we expect members of council and or the Mayor to step up to the plate and state their position and vote accordingly.

Is it right to NOT say anything at all on council when you know a ordinance or vote is coming up that will further oppress and further brutalize black people and push for more racial profiling, especially if you are a black member of council? Or the black mayor?

If Cecil Thomas, who by the way is the chairman of the Law & Public Safety committee, really wanted to show what he's made of regarding "law & order," Then we believe he should be dealing with the skyrocket murder rate, the rolling meth labs, the trafficking of crack cocaine and the illegal sell of guns being brought into Cincinnati by out of town white folks. But No, that's too hard. Councilman and cop for life Cecil Thomas picked the great big out of control problem of marijuana.

The jails are overcrowded as it is but let's thrown black people in jail for weed?!? And believe me "black" people will be the ones to go down under this law. Blacks in Cincinnati are always the ones to suffer the most in this city. Cecil Thomas knows this and Mark Mallory has been told this.
Mayor Mark Mallory should've vetoed that ordinance. Period.

I've never smoked weed and don't care to try it SHIT, YOU SHOULD HAVE SMOKED IT WITH ME, SINCE YOU DON'T CARE TO TRY IT.  but right is right & wrong is wrong. The new weed law is 100% wrong!

And on this issue so is Mayor Mark Mallory.

THE JOINT FOR A JOINT? I want to publish what was written in The Cincinnati Post about Cincinnati City Councilman Cecil Thomas (R) and his latest greatest idea coming out of his Law & Public Safety Committee. This is the first of two be in 2 parts each with commentary regarding this warmed over from the lame-brained David Pepper, ex-Law & Public Safety Committee Chairman era. Here goes nothing..... The Cincinnati Post Post Staff Reporter Tony Cook: Thomas sees stiffer penalties for pot offenses good for city Cincinnati City Councilman Cecil Thomas plans to propose tougher penalties for marijuana possession - a move that could re-ignite a debate that stalled a similiar proposal last summer. Thomas, chairman of Council's Law and Public Safety Committee, said stiffening the punishment would give police more tools to combat the city's drug problem and bring Cincinnati's code in line with neighboring Indiana and Kentucky, where penalties are much more stringent. His proposed municipal code change would make marijuana possession a fourth-degree misdemeanor, which carries a maximum sentence of 30 days in jail and a $250 fine. Right now possession of less than a 100 grams of marijuana is a minor misdemeanor under state law, meaning officers can write only a $100 citation. In Kentucky, possessing marijuana carries a maximum sentence of at least a year in jail and a $500 fine, said Jim Liles, executive director of the Northern Kentucky Drug Strike Force. "I know that drug dealers are thoughtful about different things," Liles said. "I know they are familiar with some aspects of the law." Thomas said a drug enforcement officer in Over-The-Rhine recently cited a woman from Kentucky for possession and asked her why she came to Cincinnati for drugs. She said, "Are you crazy? You go to jail over there." The Post story ends here. All I will say for now is, "Is Cecil Losing It Again?" What makes Cecil think this is gonna work? Shouldn't he be more concerned with the skyrocketing out of control murder rate in this city? Maybe even the crack cocaine and meth that is flowing through these streets? All these devilish guns in the hands of our youth, shouldn't he be focusing on that maybe? But nnnooooo, people smoking some wood puts this city in a state of emergency, hear him talk about it! I've said it before and I'll say it again Cecil Thomas is doing his best to appease and placate the west side of town and putting stupid asinine motions like this one on the floor of council shows just how out of touch he is with what's really going on when it pertains to crime on these streets. I mean what do we have here folks a Dumb David Pepper Redux? This shit will never work with the overcrowding of the justice center and people making claims they got let out early cause they didn't have a bed to sleep in. Now this ex-cop turned councilman proposes to thow folks in the joint for a joint. I told you this in the last blog entry when I had to write about your foolishness Cecil, well it likes I'm force to tell you again: "Cecil Thomas get it together baby and get it together fast!" "Get your dag-gone head together man and use that office and that committee to really fight some crime and stop making silly ass proposals that you know won't make a damn bit of different!"  YOU DIDN'T ADDRESS HIM AT THE PODIUM WITH THAT ATTITUDE!
