Oba v. Beatty, The Sequel?

Many have talked about the Oba/Beatty murder trial, and the implications for Beatty getting charged with manslaughter and not murder. With a smaller sentence and no threat of the death penalty, some have claimed the courts have actually legitimized Beatty’s actions—that one can shoot someone dead simply by feeling threatened. And while the community has talked about Kabaka, fewer have turned their attention to the two women associated with Kabaka: General Nikki X and Joy Rolland.
Rolland has actually been using her blog as a space to issue threats on the life of Nikki X. NIKKI X BLOG SITE WAS ONCE THE BLACK FIST BLOG OF POLITICAL ISSUES AND NOTICES. SHE TURNED IT INTO A BLOG OF PERSONAL ATTACKS ON FORMER BLACK FIST MEMBERS BECAUSE THEY HAD REMAINED FRIENDS WITH GENERAL KABAKA OBA (GKO). SHE USED IT TO FABRICATE EVENTS THAT SHE WAS BEING TERRORISTICALLY STALKED BY ME. TO THIS DAY, SHE HAS NEVER PROVEN BEYOND DOUBT THAT I HAVE STALKED HER. Will this next generation of the fued result in another murder? NIKKI X IS THE KIND OF PERSON WHO WANTS HER WAY. IF SHE CAN'T HAVE IT HER WAY THEN SHE'LL RETALIATE IN ONE OF TWO WAYS: ONE, SHE'LL BEGIN DISSIN' THAT PERSON. NIKKI X SENSES THAT HER ASS IS ABOUT TO BE WHIPPED. Last time, it ended in murder. HASN'T ANYONE NOTICE YET HOW NIKKI X KEEPS USING DEATH MURDER IN HER BLOG AGAINST PEOPLE SHE HATE? I don’t know why Ken Lawson didn’t think of that to begin with. It would have been more germane than whatever antiquated statute he did come up as a defense (read about it on Nate’s blog but I don’t remember it now and don’t feel like looking it up now).
By that same logic, if someone wants to get Joy, then they have to simply find a way to have her publicly labeled a terrorist. YOU'RE ON THE RIGHT TRACK WHEN YOU APPLY THAT TO NIKKI X. I don’t look for Nichole Davis’ stalking claim to get very far. It’s all out there with the things she’s harped about on Joy. And a lot of it was equally as scathing as the material Joy has blogged.
Another murder - oh yeah, that was talk at the get-go after the Judge brought in his verdict on Howard. People are convinced another body will go down before this is all over.
It’s even money that the Prosecutor’s office has been watching Nichole Davis’ blog as well as Joy’s & a few others. Those people now what’s going on. This stalking suit is nothing but a waste of Court time. It’s not going far at all.
Matt, you’ve summed up this fiasco in a wonderful way. It’s the honest truth! However, throughout this whole thing, I’ve seen Davis in an entirely different light. I was always very skeptical of her & now I know why. She isn’t all she puts on to be. TRUTH TOLD. DAM! THE WORLD KNOWS THAT NIKKI X IS A PHONEY ASS, DUMB ASS BITCH! Joy is Joy. Nikki X has a right to defend herself and her organization from defamation and threats whether you like it or not. Nikki X doesn’t have to be ashamed of doing what she needs to do to protect herself. I assume you are a woman and you should know something about that. Have you Monica read Joy’s webblog lately? Nothing but threats. But I guess you are OK with her threatening Nikki X, your Cincinnati Black Blog partner Nate Livingston and the rest of the damn city right?

No, this couldn’t be her? But unfortunately it is. Angela you’re memory serves you right. What nerve she truly has. The question of the day is General Nikki X has a restraining order, a legal document stating Joy Rolland’s threats against her, now out of all of you who choose to attack her personally and talk gibbish you obviously know nothing of, which one of you are going to stop crazy Joy from killing Nikki? Since you all are crying over Kabaka’s blood…and let us not forget Kabaka had a restraining order (bogus in my opinion) against Howard Beatty but it was Kabaka who was going to Howard’s place of business and his home threatening him NOT the other way around.
So if (God forbid) something happens to Nikki X and EVERYBODY knows Joy is indeed crazy and is threatening her the same way she (Joy) and Kabaka threatened Howard, “How will you all feel?”
This is not a sport or a game, this is Nikki’s life! NOT entertainment for a bunch of self-appointed superior-than-thou bloggers and those of you who couldn’t give a damn one way or the other!

Maybe if the judge orders both of them to stay away from each other, (I don’t think he can stop them from writing on their blogs)it MIGHT help. But somehow I dont think it will. One of them will go downtown and file contempt on the other.
A man has lost his life. And these two black women still have not stopped. It is obvious it will continue until either Nikki or Joy is dead or in jail.I would much rather walk on hot coals than to allow myself to be polluted with such atrocious behavior than to purport myself as a black woman who wants improve the quality of life for blacks. (That is my opinion of what both of those women want people to believe summarized.)
We need to turn our attention to the issues that need to be dealt with in the community. Especially the black community. If we continue to loss our focus, we will continue to lose the race. Leave the bullshit to the rabids and their cohorts.

Mr. Dean of Cincinnati, maybe you should refresh everyones memory about Joy Rolland because it looks to me she is the one who started this whole mess with Kabaka (including setting the stage for his murder), the Beattys, Nate, Nikki, Lincoln Ware, Bro. X and a whole host of others including The Dean of Cincinnati and his wife. NIKKI X FUELED THE FIRE THAT LEAD TO GENERAL KABAKA OBA'S (GKO) MURDER. I’ve read Nikki and Nate’s collective blogs and the whole story is spelled out completely especially Nikki’s, hell she knew Kabaka better than any of us and she knew the Kabaka he worked so hard to hide from the public at large. I KNOW NIKKI X BETTER THAN PEOPLE WANT TO GIVE ME CREDIT FOR. She’s the victim that’s why she got the protection order. SO WHY DIDN'T SHE GET A PROTECTION ORDER AGAINST GKO'S PHYSICAL ABUSE AGAINST HER? SHE TOLD PEOPLE THAT HE BLACKED HER EYE. SHE EVEN PASSED THE PICTURE AROUND TOWN TO CERTAIN PEOPLE. WHY SHE DIDN'T FILE FOR A PROTECTION ORDER? IT IS BECAUSE GKO NEVER DID PHYSICALLY ASSAULT HER. IT WAS FABRICATED, JUST LIKE SHE FABRICATED THE EMAILS THAT SHE CLAIMED THAT I SENT TO HER. Stop being so jealous and hateful of her (especially you cincysue) and see this thing for what it is. Cincinnati magazine had a good piece on this story but Nikki put the truthful icing on the proverbial cake!

What is in dispute is whether Nikki has behaved any better or any more honorably than Joy. I say she hasn’t. Her blog attacks and mocks Joy. Nikki has also published Joys phone number and address. Nikki also threatens physical violence to Joy in her blog. THANK YOU, MATT FOR CLARIFYING THAT NIKKI X MAKE THREATS TOO. That is why I compared Nikki and Joy to high school girls fighting over a guy. I am a fan of Nikki’s blog, while I rarely comment I do read it a great deal. “Angie” made a comment that I always read Nikki’s blog. “Matt you can?t stay off Nikki X?s blog!” How would she know this? Only Nikki would know who reads her blog. That’s why I suggested that Nikki was commenting under an alias. THANKS AGAIN, MATT. PEOPLE THINK THAT NIKKI X WON'T USE ALIAS.
