Oba v. Beatty, The Sequel?

Many have talked about the Oba/Beatty murder trial, and the implications for Beatty getting charged with manslaughter and not murder.  With a smaller sentence and no threat of the death penalty, some have claimed the courts have actually legitimized Beatty’s actions—that one can shoot someone dead simply by feeling threatened.  And while the community has talked about Kabaka, fewer have turned their attention to the two women associated with Kabaka:  General PISSY Nikki X, aka, PISSY NIKKI X, aka, PNX, and Joy Rolland Oba.

Rolland has actually been using her blog as a space to issue threats on the life of Nikki X.  PNX AND HER FIANCE, WHO GOES BY THE NAME OF JT ON PNX'S BLOG PAGES, HAVE BEEN DRIVING AROUND CINCINNATI MAKING DEATH THREATS AT ME. Will this next generation of the fued result in another murder?  WHEN IT HAPPENS, IT WILL BE BECAUSE PNX EITHER IN SOME WAY FUELED THE FIRE OR ORCHESTRATED IT OR SUBLIMINALLY PLANTED MURDER SEEDS IN THE WEAK MINDS OF THOSE SHE KNOW WILL DO HER BIDDING. And what can or should law enforcement do to make sure no one gets hurt?  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?  THEY WON'T DO NOTHING TO STOP THE VIOLENCE BETWEEN A PRETENTIOUS PROTESTOR-PNX, AND A TRUE PROTESTOR-MS. ROLLAND-OBA. LAW ENFORCEMENT GOT QUOTAS TO MEET.  "LET THE NIGGERS KILL EACH OTHER" IS LAW ENFORCEMENT'S ATTITUDE. 

As of this publication, you can find a post at Rolland’s blog that seems to threaten Nikki X.  AND YOU CAN FIND JT'S DEATH THREAT "...you a dead me for that comment alone!" AT ME IN THE COMMENT SECTION DATED NOVEMBER 18, 2011 AT 1:53PM ON AXINAR'S WEB PAGE, CLICK JT . JT IS CINCINNATI CITY COUNCILMEMBER CECIL THOMAS'S NEPHEW.

Do they actually think they are going to pre-empt Joy Rolland-Oba from protecting herself from PROVEN assassins like themselves? This is the tactic here. Rolland’s rant comes in response to some court documents filed by Nikki X for a protective order.  In the documents, Nikki writes the following: WHY HASN'T PNX POSTED THE SO CALLED THREATENING EMAILS THAT SHE AND HER GROUPIES FABRICATED AND PRESENTED IN COURT IN JUDGE GREENBERG'S COURT ROOM ON DECEMBER 12, 2008?  BECAUSE SHE'S GOT A LOT TO HIDE FROM THE READERS AND OTHERS WHO STILL PRESENTLY SEE HER AS THEIR INFALLIBLE BLOG POPE.  OF COURSE, JUDGE GREENBERG  SAW THROUGH THAT SCANDALOUS HO' AND FOUND ME NOT GUILTY!

She’s threatened me on television, AND ON JUNE 2, 2007, AT ABOUT 3PM, PNX THREATENED TO HAVE ME MURDERED IF I DIDN'T STOP POSTING THE TRUTH ABOUT HER ON MY WEB PAGES.  SHE MADE THE THREAT TO A FAMILY MEMBER OF MINE, SHE KNOWS WHO I'M TALKIN' ABOUT, AT THE WALNUT HILLS NEIGHBORHOOD KROGER GROCERY STORE THAT IF I DON'T STOP, I'LL END UP DEAD LIKE THE OTHER BROTHER, MEANING GKO. in person, internet and talk radio over these past months.  I do not want mediation.  WHAT PNX X NEEDS IS LONG TERM PSYCHIATRIC TREATMENT FOR HER INNER BLUES.  SHE IS A VERY DEEPLY SEATED INSECURE BITCH.  IT WAS HARD THAN AND STILL IS FOR HER TO DEAL WITH THE CONCEPT THAT GKO DUMPED HER FOR A LIGHT SKINNED WOMAN.  PNX THOUGHT THAT SHE WAS THE SHIT.  LOL.  I want this mentally ill girl to stay away from me forever.  THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID ABOUT ME, BUT SHE KEPT DRIVING AROUND CINCINNATI LOOKING FOR ME.  Joy R. Rolland’s best friend was just picked up for carrying a concealed weapon.  Was that weapon intended for sue on me, I ask myself.  Her friend’s name is Patricia Carlisle Cooley Muhammad, case # B 0604775, municipal case # C/06/CRA/19845.  Joy R. Rolland has attempted to physically attack me on several occasions over the last 2 years.  She is currently under investigation by the office of Joe Deters.  Once she attempted to physically assault me at City Hall.  DAM, PNX GOT HER ASS KICK BY A SENIOR CITIZEN AGAIN?  WTF!  THE BITCH GOT HER ASS KICKED IN COURT BY A GERMAN WHITE SENIOR CITIZEN (DECEMBER 12, 2008), AND NOW BY A BLACK SENIOR CITIZEN, WTF?  ALL THAT TOUGH TALK SHE DID?  WELL AIN'T THAT A BITCH.  Mayor Charlie Luken threw her out by the Cincinnati Police Department, Sgt. Emmett Gladden.

Some readers will no doubt question why The Beacon has given space to Rolland’s antics—however, it seems that a dangerous situation is developing.  Last time, it ended in murder.  Will anyone make sure such a tragedy does not happen again?  AMERICA CAN BY CREMATING PNX RIGHT NOW.

Uh, forget about the courts, what about U.S. Policy? Wasn’t one of the main reasons for the War in Iraq and subsequently the War on Terror all about pre-emptive strikes against terrorists?
I can name quite a few times that I have seen Kabaka Oba labeled a terrorist on this blog (in comments) and I’m sure in other articles or comments. PNX IS A TERRORIST.  SHE'S A BLACK WIDOW SPIDER.  SHE'S A VENUS FLY TRAP.  Y'ALL GET THE MESSAGE.  I’m sure if you google Kabaka Oba and terrorist, I bet you’ll get some relevant returns.  I'M SURE IF YOU GOOGLE DUMB ASS BITCH, PEOPLE WILL GET RELEVANT RETURNS THAT MIRROR PNX.
By that logic, Beatty only got the terrorist before the terrorist got him. PNX IS A FRIEND OF JOE DETERS, ASK HER HAS SHE TURNED IN HER LOYALTY TO HIM.  Beatty could simply say he was being a good citizen of the U.S. I'M SAYING THAT PNX IS A GOOD DICK SUCKIN' BITCH. and acting according the mandate of no less than the President of the United States. I mean if you’re not with the terrorists (Oba) then you’d have to be for the murderer (Beatty). Duh!
I don’t know why Ken Lawson didn’t think of that to begin with. It would have been more germane than whatever antiquated statute he did come up as a defense (read about it on Nate’s blog but I don’t remember it now and don’t feel like looking it up now).
By that same logic, if someone wants to get Joy, then they have to simply find a way to have her publicly labeled a terrorist. It would be your duty to have her apprehended or even to strike first.
That’s the American way!  You’re a good American, aren’t you? Of course you are.
